The infrastructure runs on a dedicated Kubernetes cluster, not shared hosting, and every deploy goes through CI/CD with automated build and tests before it reaches production. Clinical data is treated as such by design: the distinction between a client record and a clinical record isn’t a marketing choice, it’s a legal one that determines how data is collected, stored and shown.
The target is less than 15 minutes of downtime per year. Service status is public at status.adiwave.group. The system checks the cluster every 3 minutes: if a service stays degraded for three consecutive checks, an email notification goes to the operator, within 9 minutes of the first symptom.

Multi-session treatment plans
A ten-session treatment plan is booked once.
Advanced aesthetics treatments are not single appointments: ten laser sessions, six of radiofrequency, a cycle that only works if the timing is respected. With Vera you set the plan up once and the system generates the whole series of appointments. If a date is unavailable because the operator is on holiday or the machine is busy, it proposes the closest alternative that doesn’t break the protocol.
